Please understand that by placing an order from us, you agree to follow and to be bounded by these T&C stated below.
On Ordering:
1. Full payment is required for order confirmation, failure to do so may cause your slot to be given to the next customer available.
2. Slots are given on first come first served basis based on the timing of the received payment.
3. For Goodness Bakes reserves the full rights to accept/decline any orders. In the event that slots are unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances on our side, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
4. No amendments on the order form without our prior acknowledgment* will be allowed once deposits/payments are completed.
5. It is of customers’ full responsibility to specify their food allergens (if any) before ordering.
On Collection:
1. Once the products has been collected successfully, For Goodness Bakes will not be liable to any damage thereafter. Hence, please check your order(s) on the spot upon collection.
2. Please collect your order according to the timeframe chosen. For Chili Orders not collected within 3 days from the original collection date, it will be discarded and strictly no refunds will be made. For Bread orders not collected by the next day from the original collection date, it will be discarded and strictly no refunds will be made.
3. Changes on date of collection is subjected to availability only and must be made at least 24 hours before the date of the collection.
4. MINIMUM 3 DAYS PREORDER AS EVERYTHING IS FRESHLY MADE UPON ORDER!
On Delivery:
- For Goodness Bakes will not be liable for non-deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
2. Should there be nobody to answer the door, a text message will be sent to you and we will leave your order at the doorstep. In the event if we cannot access the unit/door and you request order to be re-sent or re-directed to another address a surcharge of $12 applies.
